I’ve hosted events at hundreds if not thousands of hotels around the world, but I rarely remember any of them for the food that they served during our lunches. It’s typically difficult to find a hotel with a Chef that will prepare our lunches as requested – healthy, whole food, plant based meals. Needless to say, I was ecstatic when I met Chef Musa at the Holiday Inn Palm Beach Airport Hotel and Conference Center. He was excited for the challenge to not only honor our request for healthy vegan food, but also create food that we truly loved. The food tastes awesome and is beautifully presented! Everyone at my events, no matter their dietary preference, is satisfied with the food and the options that Chef Musa provides.
In addition to the amazing food, we’ve received *5* star customer service from our event coordinator, Jackie. From the very moment we met her, she invested herself fully in our events. No detail is too small, and she definitely makes things happen. Jackie genuinely cares about us as people not just a company that occasionally books a meet room. My professional standards for my business are nothing less than a standard of excellence. Jackie meets and exceeds my expectations that those standards be upheld during our events.
