I hosted one of my Champion Mastermind Weekends at the Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour in Miami, Florida. Coral Martinez was our Meetings and Special Events Manager. Coral planned every step of our weekend – accommodations, event, dinner, etc. I knew that my expectations would be exceeded as they always are at the Ritz-Carlton; however, Coral and her team went way beyond my expectations.
The first impression absolutely blew me away! Christie and I walked into our luxury suite to find a C2 rower with a big red bow and personal note from the Ritz team sitting in the living room area. I had previously asked about a rower and was told there wasn’t one on the property. This was somewhat disappointing since rowing is part of my daily exercise routine. I should have known better…the Ritz-Carlton NEVER disappoints!
Coral and her team members definitely created a WOW moment for us that will last forever. This was just the tip of the iceberg! Our entire experience at the Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour was absolutely amazing on every level. I will be EXPOSING more about this wonderful hotel and the team members in upcoming posts.
