john di lemme hardrockDuring my 2017 Champion Mastermind Event with 30 of my top clients at the Hard Rock Hotel in Riviera Maya, Mexico, I had the opportunity to meet Rodrigo Romero. He was our Conference Service Manager for our seven day event.

Rodrigo and his team were outstanding before, during, and after our trip. No task was too big or small. Without hesitation, Rodrigo got the job done with a smile on his face. His #1 priority was making sure that our entire group had the best time of our lives….we did!  Thank you Rodrigo for your dedication to providing extreme customer service for our group!
